Fabulous Villa We stayed at Villa Úna Maria for a week. It has everything one could want to enjoy a holiday. Comfortable accommodation with lovely well kept gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. The villa is located in a nice quiet area but within walking distance of many amenities including beaches, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!

Super location for any gathering of family, friends or even business groups Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Una Maria. Located above the 'front line' hotels of Benalmadena Villa Una Maria accommodation was superb. Only 10 mins walk to the promenade, beach, bars & restaurants and a perfect spot to base yourself whether heading out or enjoying the privacy of the villa. Would highly recommend to any family, group of friends or business grouping.

Brilliant time Just back from a stay in Villa Maria,just what was needed. Beautiful home .Everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. Quite neighbourhood,minutes away from restaurants and shopping. I will be booking again for our stay.

Due to arrive July 2020 Was due to arrive July 2020 - flights cancelled due to Covid 19. Had previously stayed in 2015 and had the best time. Clean, spacious, beautiful villa. We booked again for 2020 and gutted our flights got cancelled and worried about our deposit being returned. No problem, Gerard the owner immediately emailed back saying he woudl return our deposit and did so quickly. He amazed me. He answered my emails straight away, Said he woudl return deposit and he did. I have heard such horror stories about friends who just cannot get deposit backs so this man has integrity and honesty and can be trusted completely. thank you Gerard.

Beautiful Villa! Just returned from our second visit to this lovely spacious villa in a perfect location. In a quiet residential area walking distance to the beach/amenities. It is up a quite steep bank in part but taxis are readily available and reasonably priced if you need them. The villa has everything provided that you could need and the kids love the good sized pool.booking and communication with the owner is no hassle and we never had any probs. Highly recommend this as a base for exploring the area!

Perfect large family villa I booked the beautiful Villa Una Maria to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family of 17 including 8 grandchildren aged from 2 to 22 years of age. We had a wonderful holiday as the villa was so clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly want. The garden and pool was glorious and we had difficulty encouraging the children to leave to explore the surrounding area. The beach and supermarkets are just a short walk away we older ones often had taxis to return to the villa as it is uphill. We found that the best beaches were near the Marina as the area was much cleaner than the main strip. The beautiful, colourful, old town is a must to visit the people were so friendly, the tapas were delicious. Other places to visit are the temple, the water park and the aquamarine. We were all so sad to leave the wonderful Villa Una Maria and hope to return in the future. Nothing was too much trouble for Gerard the owner when I was booking our holiday he was so helpful and always replied to my emails quickly. Also Lee the caretaker ( and the welcome pack) was very welcoming when we arrived and he was just a text away if we had any queries. All in all a fabulous holiday thanks Gerard.

Absolutely superb👌 We have been going to this villa for about 5 yrs now and it never ceases to please us . We are a family of 5 sisters and our mum who is 75 yrs. The owner Gerard and caretaker Lee are most accommodating and friendly. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very clean and is close to all amenities, yet situated in a nice peaceful area. We thoroughly recommend a visit to this villa .and we certainly hope to return next year all being well.

Fantastic Villa! Perfect villa for large family group. We were a party of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Facilities are excellent, villa is well stocked with the basics. The welcome pack includes coffee milk wine etc and was a nice touch. The pool area is fantastic. Everything is very clean and well looked after. The only comment i would make is that the travel cot mattress needs replacing as it had some stains on. Minor point as all the linen was spotless. Location is excellent unless you want to party through the night. No noise requested after midnight as its a residential area. Perfect for us as our group included young children. 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and promenade or local supermarket. Within walking distance of the marina,paloma park and Arroyo. Would love to return and would not hesitate to recommend!
